The EnCase emergency cutting tool with low-profile sheath. A rope/webbing/material cutting tool with a hooked blade for safety. The sheath with belt allows you to keep it on your body and close at hand.
Originally designed for self-suspender who found safety shears to be clunky and awkward during dynamic suspension sequences. This holster holds a modified seatbelt cutting tool close to the body, allowing for easy but secure access. The tool securely snaps into a mechanism in the sheath. You can attach it to any limb, in any orientation, and it won’t fall out.
Each order includes an optional cutting tool, a low-profile sheath for the blade of the tool, and an adjustable strap.

Our standard strap is 24" long. For a longer strap, send a message to let us know what length you need.
If you already have one of our modified cutting tools and you would like additional holsters in other colors, select the "Include cutting blade" option "No".
